Umso erstaunlicher ist es, dass beide Bereiche in den Bildungsplänen zwar berücksichtigt werden, aber in der pädagogischen Praxis der Kindergärten, Schulen und weiterführenden Ausbildungsstätten eher eine geringe Rolle spielen.
