Evaluation of the Molecular Interaction Between CCN Protein and Its Binding Partners: A Solid-Phase escribes two approaches used for such analyses: a solid-phase binding assay, which is suitable for confirming the binding easily because of its simplicity and cost advantage, and a surface plasmon resonance assay, which can determine the binding affinities between CCN proteins and their partners.
