Magnetic-Based Cell Isolation Technique for the Selection of Stem Cells,be the isolation of stem cells by MACS using CD34 antigen for SkSCs, again CD34 for hematopoietic stem cells (HSCs) and Thy-1 for spermatogonial stem cells (SpSCs).
