The New Teacher Assistant: A Review of Chatbots’ Use in Higher Educationindividualised experience, especially for large classes. However, some limitations were also identified, such as technical and functionality issues and other privacy and security issues. To sum up, more research is needed to explore the benefits of chatbots in the field of higher education.
