Metallic Aortic Valve ObstructionProsthetic valve thrombosis is an emergent clinical condition. Diagnosis can be made by TTE, TEE, fluoroscopy and cardiac computed tomography. This case presented with thrombosis of prosthetic metalic aortic valve occurred 10 years after surgery due to sub-therapeutic INR in a 42 year old woman. She was known for rheumatic heart disease.
