Para-valvular Leak Secondary to Metallic Aortic Valve EndocarditisParavalvular leakage after heart valve replacement might be the result of endocarditis and can lead to serious complications and even death. In this case TEE shows small vegetation on the aortic side of valve and para valvular leakage in a 40 year old man who had metallic aortic valve replacement 10 months before this presentation.
