Differentiation of iPS-Cells into Peripheral Sensory Neuronsentral neuronal differentiation is relatively straightforward, the successful and reliable generation of peripheral neurons requires more complex measures. Here, we describe a small molecule-based protocol for the differentiation of human sensory neurons from iPS-cells which renders functional nociceptor-like cells within several weeks.
