It is most gratifying tosee that the basic concepts are applied to more and more complexsystems, making feasible the study of the behaviour of whole systemsin relation to molecular disturbances. The analytical potential ofspectroscopy and spectroscopic imaging enables species identificationof bacteria and tissue recognition. Clear opportunities for .invivo. applications become apparent in the medical field. The methodsdeveloped in biophysics start to generate spin-off in the direction ofbiotechnology, where in previous years we have seen this happen forbiochemical techniques. New directions are manifest. Tools are beingdeveloped to investigate the behaviour of single molecules ininteraction with their environment. Photophysics of P-pyridoxyl amino acids. Time-resolved fluorescence study and molecular modelling base is reduced stable adduct (secondary amine) is formed. In this work the properties of PLP as a possible fluorescent label for proteins were studied. Physical studies of Cold Denaturation of Beta-lactoglobulinracy of the measurements [4]. In the present study of the influence of irradiation with nonionizing electromagnetic radiation it is shown that the denaturation kinetics as well as the renaturation kinetics can be enhanced.
