A Vision on Organosilicon Chemistry and Silicene,e by cations is suggested to be a strategy to suppress buckling of silicene and regain its perfect planar two-dimensional silicon framework. Electronic and Topological Properties of Silicene, Germanene and Stanene,pological transistor is proposed based on the topological edge states.
