J-Adaptive Estimation with Estimated Noise Statistics model for unmodeled system dynamics. This extension completely automates the estimator, eliminating the requirement of an analyst in the loop. Simulations in satellite orbit determination demonstrate the efficacy of the sequential estimation algorithm.
