Ultrasensitive Isothermal Detection of Protein Analytes Using Rolling Circle Amplification in Microsfic detection of the analyte proteins via antigen-antibody (Ag-Ab) binding and subsequent enzymatic amplification of the Ag-Ab recognition signal, to a microfluidic format. This microfluidic immuno-RCA approach makes possible the microscale multiplex detection of protein biomarkers in serum and intact cells with high sensitivity and specificity.
