Introduction,mes, trees producing nuts are also included in this group. The large numbers of fruit trees existing in the tropical, sub-tropical and temperate zones of the earth are important sources of food for man.

The Effect of Increasing Temperature on Phenology,ushing, flowering and fruit development, closely regulated by climate and seasonal changes, which affect fruit trees among other plants (Cautín and Agustí 2005). Higher temperatures generated as a consequence of global warming are responsible for a reduction or increase in phenological cycles in trees (Fig. 4.1).
