RNA-Protein Crosslinking with Photoreactive Nucleotide Analogs,the nucleotide and amino acid level difficult. Crosslinking by this method is also relatively nonspecific, making localization of the protein contacts to a single nucleotide or region in the RNA fairly difficult.
