Analysis of Intact Glycoproteins by Matrix-Assisted Laser Desorption/Ionization Time-of-Flight Massr the reader a practical overview of the available methodologies for the confident analysis of intact glycoproteins with different glycosylation degree by MALDI-TOF MS. The three proposed methods fulfil the requirements of reproducibility and low extent of glycan fragmentation required to successfully analyze intact glycoproteins.

Routine Analysis of ,-Glycans Using Liquid Chromatography Coupled to Routine Mass Detection,l-enhancement label, LC-MS data generation, and data analysis. Using this method, up to 24 .-glycan samples can be prepared at one time and analyzed by LC-MS. With the addition of automation platform, up to 96 .-glycan samples can be prepared and analyzed in a high-throughput manner.
