Interactions Between MAIT Cells and Dendritic Cells by the monomorphic MR1 molecules. Because of their central role in shaping adaptive immunity through interaction with dendritic cells (DCs) and B cells, their manipulation can be of translational relevance. We describe a method to routinely isolate and maintain MAIT cells from peripheral blood and to investigate their activity using DC as targets.
