Problem-Based Learning in Language Instruction: A Collaboration and Language Learning Skills Framewoents. There was both a quantitative and a qualitative analysis of wiki texts as well as chat and forum messages exchanged by the students. The results revealed that students developed collaboration and language learning skills to a great extent as a result of their participation in collaborative tasks.
