Analysis of 3D Branching Pattern: Hematoxylin and Eosin Methodimage is rendered. Each reconstructed tissue/lineage can then be subjected to quantitative analysis (e.g., surface area or volume). The reconstructed ureteric epithelium can be skeletonized to determine the branching architecture.
