Religious Pluralism and the Paradigmt situation is discussed and whether or not it has furthered or improved our understanding of it. Second, it points out the usefulness of The Paradigm and at the same time its limitations, thereby suggesting the necessity of a new way of dealing with religious pluralism that gives due regard to all religions, namely, interreligious dialogue.

Toward a Theoretical Framework for Participating in Interreligious Dialogue and Educationons are presented which inform an emerging theory of interreligious dialogue and education based on the practice of people of good will and their desire to live together in peace and mutual respect. The article concludes with some broad theoretical applications for interreligious dialogue and education based on this framework.
