Servant or Sinister? A Process Model of Follower Appraisal of Leader-Initiated I-deals,s as factors in the appraisal process. We contribute by discussing leader-initiated i-deals, introducing the knowledge and appraisal personality architecture (KAPA) to the i-deals literature, and in doing so, open new theoretical avenues for leadership research.
