Generation of Epiblast-Like CellsESCs in EpiSCs medium, containing bFGF and Activin. Here we report the detailed protocol to generate and characterize the epiblast-like cells (EpiLCs), which correspond to a primed intermediate state between naïve ESCs and EpiSCs.
