Exploratory case study: Proposing the concept of networked service productivity,This dissertation has the overall goal to explore .. Part IV supports this goal by enhancing the conceptual understanding in this regard. In Part II it was stressed that advanced conceptual models depict service productivity from a dyadic perspective (Bartsch et al., 2011).
