Ergebnisse der Journalismusforschung,hromosome aberrations (Bryant 1984; Natarajan and Obe 1984) cell killing (Bryant, 1985), mutation (Singh and Bryant 1990) and oncogenic transformation (Bryant and Riches 1989) indicates the important role played by DNA double-strand breaks (dsb) in the biological effects of radiation and in particular the induction of chromosomal aberrations.
