Lequan Yu,Xin Yang,Jing Qin,Pheng-Ann Hengter describes the protocols we utilized to visualize . transcripts and HMGN proteins in mouse tissues. HMGN are chromatin-binding proteins that affect chromatin structure and function and play a role in cellular differentiation.
