Further use of Computer Aided Chemistry to Predict Chiral Separations in Liquid Chromatography: Sese (CSP). To be more precise: The stereoselection occurs only during the time when all binding sites are effectively interacting. A deeper knowledge in these processes is, therefore, a prerequisite for understanding chiral resolution.
