Methods to Investigate Cell Polarity of Inner Ear,r ear is one of the ideal model to study planar cell polarity. In this chapter, we introduce a series of general experimental methods for studying planar cell polarity in the inner ear. The approaches presented here are also applicable to other organs with particular polarity phenotypes.
