Phagosome Isolation with Magnetic Beads and Purification of Toll-Like Receptor (TLR) Complexes in Pcritical role in innate immunity by sensing bacterial or viral nucleic acids and are preferentially transported to the phagosomal membrane of innate immune cells upon activation. Therefore, phagosome isolation is helpful for studies on pathogenic invasion and the functions of phagosome proteins, including endosomal TLRs.
