Schmelzpunkte der Polyester- und Polycarbonatfasern,ätigen. Bei unseren Versuchen zeigten die PC-Fasern keinen scharfen Schmelzpunkt, vor allem nicht die unverstreckten Muster. Die verstreckten Fasern schmolzen in einem Bereich um 250°C, also innerhalb des Schmelzbereichs von Polyamid 6.6 und Polyestern aus Äthylenglykol und Terephtalsäure.
