Implementing and Analysing an Effective Explicit Coscheduling Algorithm on a NOWithm is to execute efficiently distributed applications without excessively damaging the response time of local tasks. Extensive performance analysis as well as studies of the parameters and overheads involved in the implementation demonstrated the applicability of the proposed algorithm.

Enhancing Parallel Multimedia Servers through New Hierarchical Disk Scheduling Algorithmsscheduling criteria. Those systems have been implemented and tested, and the performance evaluations demonstrate that our scheduling architecture is adequate for handling stream sets with different timing and bandwidth requirements.

A Platform Independent Parallelising Tool Based on Graph Theoretic Modelsf scheduling and mapping algorithms, which allows to rapidly adapt and implement new algorithms. The tool achieves platform independence by relying on internal structures that are not bound to any architecture and by implementing the tool in Java.
