A Comprehensive Methodology for the Evaluation of Infrastructure Interdependenciese of interdependency among the infrastructures (lifelines) of a community is proposed. An index is evaluated using a matrix approach that takes into account the effect that any infrastructure can have on another through the use of temporal networks.
