Providing Real Time Applications with a Seamless Handover Using a Combination of Hierarchical Mobilever. Although some extensions, as Hierarchical Mobile Ipv6 and Fast Handover, were introduced, these extensions, and combinations of them, do not offer an optimal handover performance. In this article, a new combination of these two extensions is proposed. This solution tries to solve the problems of seamless handoff for real time applications.
