Fruit Properties and Health Benefits,nolics, and antioxidant capacity are directly proportional to ripeness stage. Uchuva fruits contain up to 15% soluble solids (mainly sugars) and have a high level of fructose. Numerous medicinal properties have been described in uchuva.

Morphological Diversity,litative morphological features have been used to study diversity. Phenological diversity has been studied through multivariate statistical analysis programs, such as Principal Component Analysis (PCA) and Multiple Correspondence Analysis (MCA). Cluster analysis has also been used to explore the anatomical diversity of uchuva accessions.
