The Role of Fat-Tailed Distribution in the Analysis of Black Swan Events,ribution part, it is explained that the normal distribution has great defects in the prediction and analysis of Black Swan events. The model of fat-tailed distribution is proposed. The analysis shows that the fat-tailed distribution is a better model for predicting and analyzing Black Swan events when comparing with the normal distribution.
