Modeling, Synthesis and Implementation of Communicating Hierarchical FSMble circuit with reprogrammable RAM-blocks. Hierarchical mechanisms have been realized with the aid of a stack memory. The proposed synthesis method allows the given specification to be formally translated into bitstreams for the RAM-blocks.

Methodologies and Strategies for Effective Design-Reusequality modules while requiring moderate efforts. An analysis shows that different quality levels can be obtained for a given module, depending on the dedicated efforts. A layered quality model is proposed, where the quality level of a module can be incrementally improved. Finally, a method is proposed to evaluate the cost of reuse.
