However problems exist comparing theory and experiment because of the inability to perform a true zero shear rate experiment particularly given the divergence of the longest relaxation time in the gelling solution.

Novel Network Structures: Fractal-Rigid-Flexible Networksments and their effects on elasticity from different points of view. The long dispute in the literature has now probably been solved by computer simulation where networks with and without entanglements can be generated very simply.These results seem to favor a strong contribution of entanglements to the modulus.
