Numerical Investigation on the Effect of the Shape of Cavities on the Melting Process of Latent Heate cavity on melt fraction is expressed for proper justification of the phase change process. The nonlinear relation between melting time and area for rectangular and spherical cavity shapes is calculated.

In the case of the present system, an emulsion is formed by the immiscible mixture of electrolyte and kerosene which in turn appears as a thick film on the electrode surface. Because of this emulsified layer on the transfer surface, there is no significant enhancement in the mass transfer.

Application of Epoxidized Vegetable Oil for Improving Rheological Properties of Crude Oiler. The flow characteristic was investigated using pour point and viscosity studies. A maximum 9 °C pour point reduction was observed after the addition of 1200 ppm epoxidized soybean oil (ESO). The viscosity decreased by 65% which clearly indicates its effectiveness in the flow assurance problems.
