Functional Properties of Lower Airway Estimated by Oscillometry: Is Oscillometry Useful for Detectine central airways. Respiratory cycle dependence of Rrs or Xrs would be useful to understand the difference of ventilatory mechanics between inspiratory and expiratory phase, which can be observed as dynamic airway narrowing in patients with COPD. In conclusion, oscillometry is useful to assess the physiology of lower airways.

Pathophysiological and Clinical Implication of Diffusing Capacity for CO (DLco) and Krogh Factor (Kcy volume.(Vc), i.e., Vc/V. because V./the membrane diffusing capacity (DMco) remains almost constant.
