Establishment of Nuclear Transfer Embryonic Stem Cell Lines from Adult Somatic Cells by Nuclear Tra. Several reports have already demonstrated that ntESCs can be used in regenerative medicine in order to rescue immunodeficient or infertile phenotypes. However, it is unclear whether ntES cells are identical to fertilized embryonic stem cells (ESCs). This review seeks to describe the phenotype and possible abnormalities of ntESC lines.
