Cotrel-Dubousset Instrumentation in Trauma, Metastatic Tumor, and Degenerative Spine Diseaseility. On the other hand we had been anxious about the burden of the operative procedure which would increase operating time, increase blood loss, and cause more complications. The purpose of this report is to assess the utility of C-D-I in various pathologies, except scoliosis, from the viewpoint of operating stress and complication.

The finite element method (FEM) is a simulation technique that could provide a significant advantage to achieve these purposes [1–3].
