An Intelligent Fault Locator for 400-kV Double-Circuit Line of Chhattisgarh State: A Comparative Sthave been performed for all types of common shunt faults at widespread circumstances by varying different fault parameters in the presence of mutual coupling. However, the mean error in fault location estimation is within ±1%; henceforth, the outcomes are worthy to get a research insight while designing relaying algorithms.

Implementation of Quasi-Oppositional-Based GHS Optimized Fractional Order PID Controller in Deregulpair of gain parameters of FOPID controller. The analysis to validate the controller and optimization algorithm is executed by implementing a load divergence 0.01 p.u. in area-1. Finally, QOGHS optimized FOPID controller is concluded as a better controller for this system in deregulated scenario over GHS optimized FOPID controller.

Optimization of Pole Placement for Adaptive Pitch Control,er to achieve desired power level. MATLAB–SIMULINK is used to assess the efficiency of the proposed PSO technique. In order to verify the validity and the performance of the proposed method, the simulation results for a WECS using a PP method optimized by the PSO technique is compared with that obtained using adaptive controller without PSO.
