A Relay Station Deployment Algorithm for Smart Grid Based on Delay Optimization,constraints. The mathematical model of relay station deployment is proposed. The improved genetic algorithm is designed and the relay station deployment algorithm based on the improved genetic algorithm is proposed. The performance of the algorithm is verified by simulation results.
