Filter and Closed Loop Control Technology of Piezoelectric Driverslatform. Experimental results indicate that the closed loop algorithm effectively solves the sluggish and nonlinearity problems, and pointing accuracy is increased from 6urad to 3urad. It can satisfy laser communication system requirements of higher precision.
