Semiconducting Metal Oxides: Composition and Sensing Performance,cts the gas sensing properties of the material. Heteroatom doping changes the gas sensing properties by affecting the overall defect of the materials. Knowledge of composition and gas sensing performance will help to design higher performance metal oxide semiconductor gas sensors.
