Systemic Sclerosis in the Elderlygher in younger SSc patients. Treatment is very similar to the general population of SSc patients with special attention to comorbidities as hypertension, cardiac involvement, osteoporosis and depression. High rate of malignancies in LOSSc warrants meticulous workup including tumor markers serial testing.
