Complex Finite Fourier Transform Techniques Applied to Thermal Energy Storage Problems closed form by application of the complex finite Fourier transform technique. Exact periodic solutions for such transient heat conduction problems are reported in this study. Functions of Modulus 1 on Z, Whose Fourier Transforms Have Constant Modulus, and “CYCLIC ,-ROOTS”ltiplicative group on .. {0}, e. g. the group of quadratic residues. For . ≤ 7, .(.) is completely known. The proofs (in [3]) depend on computer work, using symbolic algebra. Related material can be found in the book [7] by Schroeder and in the paper [6] by McGehee.
