Introduction to Radical, nsights from the very users, developers, and managers who would be impacted. This confined strategy seemed enticing in theory, promising control and exclusivity. Yet, as reality set in, the pitfalls emerged. Delays occurred, errors crept in unnoticed, and the end product bore little resemblance to what was needed.

Not So Agile, ect we felt like we never had time for the work of the project. That’s not to say this is all Agile’s fault; in Waterfall, Critical Path, and most other project management styles, we have the same issue. They are usually built around big, bulky, high-maintenance projects and leave little room for adaptation or changes.
