Non-Classical Probabilities from Pilot Wave Models pilot-wave models are one possible explanation for the occurrence of non-classical probabilities in systems which are not considered as fundamentally quantum but which show strong resemblances to quantum systems.

As a consequence, non-causal relations like entanglement correlations have to be considered as full fledged elements of reality. “Observable extension” is proposed as a contextual alternative to emergence avoiding the asymmetry between purportedly basic and emergent properties.

Quantum Correlations: Challenging the Tsirelson Bounddynamics leads to an emergent continuous model in the critical regime. Restricting it to a family of binary codes describing ‘bipartite systems,’ we find strong evidence of an upper bound on bipartite correlations equal to 2.82537, which is measurably lower than the Tsirelson bound.
