The Effective Lagrangian of Arbitrary Inhomogeneous Electromagnetic Fieldproposed. The constructed effective Lagrangian has been used for the investigation of the interaction between charged fermions in a dense environment. The possibility for formation of metastable electron bound states in a presence of external magnetic field is shown.

Instantons in the Bag Model: Matrix Elements of Scalar Propagatorssless scalar particle in fundamental representation. Matrix elements of this function describe interaction of matter with the instanton. The Green function is expanded in wave functions that far from the instanton coincide with perturbative eigenfunctions. This gives the matrix elements in question.
