Investigation of Deformation Induced Disorder and Re-Ordering by Subsequent Annealing in Ni3Al+Btment between 273 K and 1473 K of 40% rolled samples, hardness, yield-stress and the intensities of the superlattice reflections were measured and the microstructural evolution was investigated by TEM. The correlation between the measured property changes are discussed.
