Evolution of the 2Deg-Free Hole to Charged Exciton Photoluminescence in GaAs/AlGaAs Quantum Wells,e studied under an applied magnetic field (. < 7 T) at . = 1.9 K. In order to identify the PL origin, the PL changes induced by intense mw radiation were investigated. The evolution from a 2DEG — hole PL to neutral and charged exciton PL is attributed to the appearance of localized electrons with decreasing .. or with increasing magnetic field.

Optical Studies of Spin Polarized 2Deg in Modulation-Doped (Zn,Mn)Se/(Zn,Be)Se Quantum Wells in Higlitting of conduction band states, that has been exploited for manipulation with a spin polarization of the electron gas. Critical behavior of the photoluminescence and reflectivity linewidths and of the energy shift of the lines in magnetic fields in vicinity of integer filling factors 2 and 1 has been found and analyzed.

Filling Factor Dependence of Optical Spectra for CdTe Quantum Wells Under Magnetic Field,icle presents a method for separating the two types of correction from each other, by measuring splittings between allowed (diagonal) and forbidden (non-diagonal) recombination transitions.
