Generation of Observation Turbulence Spectrum and Solitary Dipole Vortices in Rotating Gravitating S and Reznik) in the form of a solitary dipole vortex (modone) with the circular separatrix is obtained. In conclusion, the possible observable manifestations of modones (double galaxies, galactic nuclei and stars) are discussed.

Nonlinear Stability of an Ideal Plasmad by currents in plasma. The safety factor is less than one and decreases in the direction of the plasma boundary. The toroidal field behaves similarly: decreasing but not turning to zero. The pressure and density of helicity and their gradients, however, turn to zero at the boundary.
